Human AMY3R (CTR&RAMP3) (Luc) BHK 21 Reporter Cell Development Service
The AMYRs are heterodimeric G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that consist of a core class B GPCR subunit, the calcitonin receptor (CTR), in complex with a receptor activity-modifying protein (RAMP) accessory subunit that confers increased amylin potency. CTR co-expression with RAMP1, −2, or −3, gives rise to three amylin receptor subtypes, AMY1R, AMY2R, and AMY3R, respectively. These are drug targets for diabetes and obesity.
