Biotinylated Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&HCV NS3 (CINGVCWTV) Complex
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a single-stranded RNA virus that causes hepatitis C. It is prone to causing chronic hepatitis and can progress to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. NS3 has serine protease activity (at the N-terminus, assisting in the cleavage of viral polyproteins) and helicase/nucleoside triphosphatase activity (at the C-terminus, participating in RNA unwinding and replication), and it is the main target of anti-HCV virus drugs (such as protease inhibitors). The Human HLA-A*0201 HCV NS3 (CINGVCWTV) complex protein is a complex of HLA-A*0201 of the MHC Class I, B2M and CINGVCWTV peptide of the HCV NS3.
