Mouse Contactin-4 Protein, His Tag (MALS verified)
Contactin-4 (CNTN4), a member of the contactin family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell adhesion molecules, is predominantly expressed in the nervous system, especially during neural development. It mediates cell-cell interactions and axonal guidance by binding to ligands such as receptor protein tyrosine phosphatases (RPTPs) and neural cell adhesion molecules. CNTN4 plays a pivotal role in synaptogenesis, neuronal migration, and circuit formation.
