Antibody Enhancer

Antibody Enhancer is a signal enhancing buffer that can be used for the dilution, stabilization and binding capacity enhancement of concentrated antibodies and conjugated antibodies. The product secures molecular conformation and prevents loss of activity, of the diluent protein, over time.
Antibody Enhancer enables users to create prediluted ready-to-use conjugated antibodies (free poly- and monoclonal antibodies, HRP-conjugated antibodies, AP-conjugated antibodies and fluorescence-conjugated antibodies):
Reduces background and provides highest signal-to-noise ratio due to the antibody’s enhanced binding capacity.
Amplifies 40-80% the specific antibody’s activity without increasing the non-specific binding.
Allows for the diluted conjugate to be stored at least 4 years at 2-8 °C.
Minimizes assay errors related to daily dilution variation.
Limited or expensive conjugates can be further diluted without losing sensitivity.
Designed for use in colorimetric as well as in chemiluminescence based assays such as ELISA, Western Blotting and IHC.
