The company is founded by the father-and-son team behind technologies such as the Medimachine System, which has helped standardise and improve the preparation of cell suspensions from biological tissue samples since the early 1990s.

With MarrowMatic®, you can streamline the preparation of bone marrow aspirates, fine-needle aspirates, core biopsies and endoscopic biopsies through a fast, safe and standardised workflow.

It is designed to prepare samples for flow cytometric analysis and other applications requiring cell suspensions, including cytogenetics and cell culture.

MarrowMatic® helps you obtain more consistent samples, reduce manual variation and build a stronger foundation for reliable, reproducible analytical results. At the same time, it supports improved operator safety and a more efficient workflow in both research and diagnostics.

How it works

  1. Select the relevant programme: bone marrow aspirate or other sample type.

  2. Place the mother tube in the rack and insert the special needle.

  3. Insert the rack into MarrowMatic® and start the procedure.

  4. After approximately one minute, remove the rack and collect the daughter tube containing the filtered sample.

  5. Dispose of the used rack according to laboratory procedures for sharps and needles.

This simple, automated workflow helps ensure safer handling, faster preparation and consistent sample quality for downstream analysis.
