Neuro IP Kit - Pre-Analytical Enrichment of AD Biomarkers from Roboscreen
With the growing number of Alzheimer’s patients worldwide, the need for a plasma-based test for AD biomarkers is increasing. Most relevant biomarkers are present in plasma at very low concentrations, making analysis difficult.
The Neuro IP kit from Roboscreen enriches AD-relevant proteins - such as total Tau, p50-Tau, brain-derived Tau, and Beta-Amyloid - via immunoprecipitation. An additional benefit is the elimination of non-specific matrix components that can otherwise interfere with analysis.
