Provider of PCR plastics, thermocyclers, FastGene kits for gel/PCR extraction of DNA, DNAreleasy direct lysis kit for genomic DNA, Mupid Electrophoresis, FastGene illuminators, Midori Green and other products for molecular biology.

Nippon genetics provides agarose in easy to use tablets that are dissolved in runningbuffer and heated in a microwave oven and is ready to cast gels. Quick, easy and convinient.

Agarose tablets and agarose

Agarose tables (0.5 g), ready to use.

Just take one tablet and add 50 ml gel running buffer , the result is a 1% gel.

One box contain 200 tablets. Agarose is standard agarose with low EEO.

Midori Green DNA stain product family

Nippon Genetics has made this non-carcinogenic, non-mutanogenic, safe to use DNA stain to replace EtBr as the staining dye of choice.

1) Midori Green – our standard dye – non carcinogenic, less mutagenic – very price competitive, more information is here:Midori Green
2) Midori Green Advance – our superior dye – non carcinogenic, less mutagenic, excellent signal:noise ratio; suitable for any kind of filters and Imaging systems – very high sensitivity even for very small fragments, more information is here:Midori Green Advance
 3) Midori Green Direct – a total new approach – do not stain the gel, jst mix your sample with this dye and load it onto the gel – loading dye included – very high sensitivity – excellent signal: noise ratio, more information is here: Midori Green Direct

Fastgene Agarose Gel Band Cutter

This easy to use tool will facilitate your daily work. Now you can excise your DNA bands easily.

FastGene™ Agarose Gel Band Cutter is a ready-to-use and disposable tool for cutting agarose gel band. Please don’t reuse the cutter to avoid cross contamination.

The size of the cutted gel band is 6 mm x 3 mm.

The band weight is depending on the percentage and thickness of agarose gel.
